I originally met Britt Terrell/Backbone Capital on a transaction that he closed through another financing source. Although we didn’t get the business, the win for us was that we learned that Britt/Backbone ran a broad process that served his client very well and presented the transaction to potential lenders in a manner that helped speed up the process. It is clear that Britt is an experienced professional that is diligent and efficient in running a tight financing process. We did close our first deal on a Backbone client in January 2012 and that was another example of the efficient financing & closing process.
