Backbone Capital worked with Independent Sponsor in the acquisition financing process to acquire platform and add-on acquisition in the healthcare services / home health industry. The debt and equity financing of ~ $40M funded the acquisition and allows the Ind Sponsor to have a meaningful platform portco and continue to pursue additional acquisitions and improve operations on a path to $10M+ Ebitda. Backbone played a key role in the capital execution.
