Friday, June 20, 2014, 11AM-12PM (PDT)- Britt Terrell of Backbone Capital Advisors moderated and led an informative webinar panel session with other leaders in the lower & middle market finance industry, exploring how to finance lower middle market & middle market companies with a thin equity capital structure. The panel of experts discussed many different loan structures such as ABL, stretch cashflow, unitranche, 2nd lien, mezzanine corporate debt financing and equity structures. These types of debt structures often appeal to independent sponsors, closely held, thinly capitalized companies, smallCap public companies, and those companies simply lacking a well-capitalized PE sponsor.
