My company engaged Backbone Capital in May 2012 from a referral of our counsel. We were attempting a large acquisition, and debt financing of $40-50 million was essential. The very end result is that we were outbid by a strategic buyer and thus the deal never closed, but regardless, we will do another acquisition financing and Backbone Capital will be our source.
