Transom Capital Group has utilized the services of Britt Terrell / Backbone Capital in three recent acquisitions (two platforms and one add-on) from smaller ABL to larger 2nd Lien Cashflow financings. Britt worked closely with the Transom Capital team to overcome any hurdles, and Transom Capital successfully closed all three of the deals.
